Shipping policy

Many of our products are pre-ordered only, incurring timeframes of up to 6 weeks in the case of hardware and 16 weeks for pre-ordered exterior doors. We will endeavour to keep you updated with any changes in timeframes once your order has been placed. In the case of in-stock items, we will ship these within 1-3 business days.
