Return Policy

In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer change of mind returns on all hardware, provided you contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Please note that, with the exception of faulty products, we do not offer change of mind returns on exterior doors, as these are made to order.
